1. Scope and eligibility
These Terms govern use of MzansiWeb hosting and related services. Customers must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter into the service agreement.
2. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your content, credentials, software and activity under your account, including keeping applications and passwords secure and ensuring your use is lawful.
3. Hosting services
Hosting allocations are based on the package purchased. Features described as unlimited remain subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, technical platform limits and fair use.
4. Fees and renewals
Hosting fees are payable according to the billing cycle shown at purchase. Services may be restricted or suspended after reasonable notice where payment remains overdue.
5. Suspension and termination
MzansiWeb may suspend service where necessary to protect the platform, other customers or third parties, including for security incidents, prohibited use or material breach.
6. Backups
Where backups are available, they are an operational safeguard and not a substitute for customer-controlled backups.
7. Availability
MzansiWeb aims to provide reliable hosting, but no uninterrupted availability is promised unless a separate written SLA expressly states otherwise.
8. Domains
Domain registration, transfer and renewal may depend on third-party registries and registrars. Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed.
9. Prohibited activity
Use of services must comply with the MzansiWeb Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Liability
Any limitation of liability should be reviewed before final publication and remains subject to applicable South African law.
11. Changes
MzansiWeb may update these Terms as services, suppliers or legal requirements change.
12. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to final legal review.
