This policy protects customers, MzansiWeb infrastructure and third parties from abusive or unsafe use.
Prohibited use
- Spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- Phishing, fraud or credential theft.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets or malicious scripts.
- Unlawful content or activity.
- Knowing copyright or intellectual-property infringement.
- Open proxies, public relays, crypto mining or disproportionate resource use.
- Unauthorised access, exploitation, denial-of-service activity or security circumvention.
- Email abuse that damages shared sending reputation.
Resource use and fair use
Customers may not use CPU, RAM, disk I/O, storage, bandwidth, processes, database activity or other resources in a way that materially degrades service for others or threatens platform stability.
Meaning of “Unlimited”
“Unlimited email accounts” and “Unlimited databases” refer to quantity within the hosting account. They do not mean unlimited storage, CPU, RAM, bandwidth, I/O or other infrastructure resources. All use remains subject to the plan allocation, platform capabilities and fair-use rules.
Enforcement
MzansiWeb may request remediation, restrict service or suspend accounts where needed to protect systems, customers or third parties.
